The recently renovated condo located in Sand Dwellers I has new flooring, fresh paint and a beautiful new kitchen. There are fantastic ocean views from every window. Bedroom #1 has a king bed with an awesome sunrise view. Bedroom #2 has twin bunk beds and a queen bed. The Dining Table is set up for 6 people with additional leaves available.
The spacious kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and is well stocked to meet all your cooking and dining needs.
There are 50" Smart televisions in each bedroom and a 55" Smart television in the living room with access to streaming services. The condo has high speed internet. The couch is a sleeper sofa. There is a full size washer & dryer along with a 50 gallon hot water heater. Swimming pool right out the front door. Beach access is conveniently located directly behind the condo. A Shibumi is available for an additional $50 per week rental fee.
Pillows and bedcoverings are provided.

From April 1, 2025 to April 30, 2025 - $280 a night.
From May 1, 2024 through Sept 7, 2024, the weekly rate is $2380.00.
During this period, rentals will only be agreed upon a week at a time.
From September 7, 2024 to Sept. 30, 2024 - $300 a night.
From Oct. 1, 2024 to Oct. 31, 2024 - $225 a night.
From Nov. 1, 2024 to Dec. 31, 2024 - $200 a night.
***** A cleaning fee of $130 and Applicable Taxes are added to each booking through December 31, 2024. *****
****From Oct. 15, 2024 to April 30, 2025 there is a 3 night minimum stay requirement.
****From May 1, 2025 through Sept. 15, 2025 there is a 7 night minimum stay required. ****
