HOUSE RULES

Thank you for choosing our property for your vacation! We want to make you aware of a few House Rules that are in place to make sure everyone has a safe, comfortable and fun stay ( and a full security deposit refund)!

-- Please treat our home with the same respect you would your own home.

-- Be sure to maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. This will make check-out 

     time easier and less stressful.

-- Be mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours.

-- The hall closet is reserved for the owners. Please do not attempt to unlock.

-- Please keep the thermostat at a reasonable setting and keep windows closed if the 

     HVAC system is running.

-- Please do not take furniture inside the property outside of the property.

-- HAVE FUN!!
